When I first started, I couldn’t lift myself off the floor. But everyone was so supportive, and now I’m doing things I never thought possible with people I can easily call my friends. Not to mention, a great way to destress at the end of the day and keep fit simultaneously. Since 2020, I have been a qualified pole instructor, and when I’m not teaching at IFA, I am a full time Audiologist. |
